RAIN. ships worldwide, excluding Belize, Bolivia, Fiji, Guadeloupe, Iceland, Malawi, Martinique, Uzbekistan, Paraguay and Solomon Islands.
Orders are processed Sunday – Thursdays (excluding Fridays and Saturdays and public holidays), and are processed within 24 hours of placement. Tracking information is sent via email on the shipping day before 6pm Dubai time.
Standard orders can be expected between 5 – 10 working days
Express orders can be expected between 2 – 7 working days
We use Fedex shipping services. Shipping time frames can be seen above. Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
Free Standard International Shipping is valid for orders that total $150 USD or more, excluding the cost of shipping and that are being delivered to an international shipping address outside of the UAE. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout. This offer is not valid with Express International Shipping.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Express International Shipping generally takes 2 – 7 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
Signatures are required upon delivery for ALL express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted – if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. RAIN. is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email [email protected] with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, RAIN. will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with RAIN. via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), RAIN. reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee.
RAIN. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

Refunds are available for all full-priced items. Items must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order and any received thereafter may be denied.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once RAIN. has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. RAIN. reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by RAIN. will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Please note that the international shipping costs that RAIN. provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of the UAE. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to the UAE as this fee is in no way covered by RAIN.. Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by RAIN.. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your RAIN. account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at [email protected] prior to returning any items to RAIN. in order to organise alternative arrangements. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and RAIN. will not be held accountable.
All orders should be returned to the address below. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to RAIN.. RAIN. will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
Online purchases can only be returned in the above mentioned manner.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at [email protected] and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order, and return the original order as per the description above.
All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
